Refund and Return Policy

This refund and return policy is valid for India only.

You have the right to return [30 Days] after the arrival of your order.

The products can easily be returned. The actual return cost is the responsibility of the company itself. This applies both for Transit Damaged and Manufacturing Defect Products.

To return the product and to claim the refund or replacement, we need uncut single video unboxing of the product in which the transit damage or manufacturing defect is clearly visible. You need to start taking the video from barcode.

NOTE: We will not entertain the video if received after 30 days of product arrival and we will only consider the first video sent on mail.

We at Sajosamaan are committed to giving our customers the best shopping and home décor product experiences. We recognize that occasionally a product may fall short of your expectations, and we strive to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as simple as we can.

Free Delivery: There is no minimum purchase requirement, and free delivery is available on all orders.

After accepting the return of your order you will receive the Return Label through mail and you have to reply Yes I will paste the label on the package, repack the order properly and handover the return to the shipping partners.

NOTE: Only products in New* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use or intentionally created damage created to return the product.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within [10 business days] using the payment method you used when ordering.
