Refund and Returns Policy

At Sajosamaan, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Our refund and returns policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency.

30-DAY RETURN & REFUND WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return and refund window ONLY in case of:

  • Transit damage
  • Manufacturing defects

Please note: The 30-day window starts from the date of purchase as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions (Point 10: Closing Window).

VIDEO UNBOXING REQUIREMENT

To process any claim, video unboxing is MANDATORY:

1. VIDEO EVIDENCE REQUIRED

To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video from the barcode available on the box. This video should clearly show:

  • The package condition upon receipt
  • The barcode on the box
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The damaged product or manufacturing defect

2. DAMAGE/DEFECT VISIBILITY

The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video. Blurry, incomplete, or edited videos will not be accepted.

3. VIDEO FORMAT COMPLIANCE

If you are unable to provide the video or provide it in the wrong format, the company is NOT LIABLE to pay anything or entertain any claim.

INSURANCE & COURIER PARTNER

We use Delhivery, a third-party courier partner service, for all our shipments. Every shipment is insured for your protection.

To process insurance claims:

  • Company needs to provide: Packing video
  • Customer needs to provide: Unboxing video

Without both videos, insurance claims cannot be processed.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

In the event of transit damage or manufacturing defect (with proper video documentation):

  • Standard Products: Replacement within 5 days
  • Dining Tables: Replacement within 10 days

NO REFUND/RETURN FOR

  • Change of mind
  • Color/size mismatch (if product matches description)
  • Minor cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
  • Products without proper video documentation
  • Claims made after 30 days from date of purchase

HOW TO CLAIM

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide order details
  3. Share unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-7 business days
